I'm amazed with how Jocelyn's adventure unfolded, how her relationships changed, and frankly, that this story came together in the end. The sexual tension in this novella is off the charts and would've drove me nuts not to know what happened between these two characters. The Remembrance Trilogy is one of ALL TIME FAVORITE Series. Very well written and told through the eyes of young Jabonkah, growing up in Africa, where the culture perpetuates cruel sexual mutilation of young girls. The behavior and descriptions of the men really let me down, they were very sensitive, emotional and timid, not at all what I thought they would be.
The main premise that Caity arrives in Scotland and discovers there is a hidden room in her new bedroom. So I was so happy to hear that Kahlen was writing their story of how they met and became best friends. Even though the story is brutal and honest in those descriptions, this is a compelling and uplifting story of this young girl's determination. Then there was the multiple POV’For men that are supposed to be the very best of the best ex-military there did not seem to be an Alpha in the house. The room is full of symbols she has never seen before.Luckily, her parents are code and safe crackers (the legal kind) and she brings it to them, lying that she created it to see if they could crack it.
The descriptions of life in the African bush are simultaneously intimidating and beautiful. Twenty- four year old Dexter Michael arrives to the UK for a fresh new start leaving his past secrets behind in Ohio.
For many drafts I wasn't sure if I would fall in love with it, so when I did—and fell hard—it was all the sweeter. Kahlen has an amazing way of writing a story that sucks you in and you can't help but fall in love with all the characters. The mad fun Toad Away proved this continues to be true!Heath Patel Feb 26, 2015This book is life risking sensation, its about a toad who wants to get to the other side of the road to the nice park but cars keep running over the frogs he had to find a way to get across that road. I did not want to put this book down until I finished and I am yearning to hear more of JeaI loved this book! She a part of it.The only problem I had with the plot is that everything felt too easy for Caity. This is short novella, so it is a quick read, but still just as great as her full length novels. In this prequel we get to see how Julia and Ryan met and became best friends. Dexter categorizes women into three candy groups: Marshmallows are cute and fluffy on the outside but essentially offer no sustenance and they're frivolous - easy to please.
There's parts in the plot where she has to do certain things for the prophecy, she makes a huge deal of it and then things work out with no problem what-so-ever.
I absolutely LOVED both characters when I read the trilogy and I have to say that my feelings are still just as strong after reading this novella. It usually only takes a half-hearted smile and a compliment about their hair to get them in the sack. Even though this prequel was a great addition to this series, I was pretty frustrated by the end of it.
Also, she was a normal teenage girl when it came down to it, but still stepped up to do what she needed to when she needed to.Caity had some great sidekicks, the first of which is a monkey named Mr.
I did not want to put this book down until I finished and I am yearning to hear more of Jeanette Mills' story.
Then there was the multiple POV’s, the multiple stories and some of the dialogue just didn’t make much sense. I enjoyed how Kahlen wrote this story to cover the years they were in college, but nothing felt rushed and didn't drag out either.
Thank you to Russell Traughber for writing this lovely book and to Jabonkah for bravely sharing her story.Rita Meehan Jul 22, 2014One of THE best books I have ever read! There's no point in trying to sweet talk them, they can smell your game four miles away therefore your intentions must be clear from the start.
Just know, I didn’t hate it, I am interested in where it will go and will read the next one, there was just soooo much going on but then not enough of one thing going on. She gave us just enough to fully connect with the characters and see what we didn't get to in the first book of the trilogy. If you are a fan of Kahlen Aymes and her Remembrance Trilogy or are looking for that really sweet fairytale of a love story then you don't want to miss this book and all the others in the series.

For Dexter, he doesn't want a tootsie since he feels he doesn't deserve a woman like that because he feels unworthy to be loved and healed. These men do anything against terrorism, human slavery or any other crime that other agencies can't take care of.

I could definitely see them as a real family and with some similar qualities to my own family. When Jabonkah is given to the missionaries, I hoped her life would become much easier, but she was given to yet another abuser and became enslaved once again. He thinks that taking the next step with her is too big a risk to take, he wants to keep her in his life and a relationship with her could ruin that for both of them.Julia is in love with Ryan too and it is heartbreaking reading about how she deals with him dating and sleeping with other girls.

He can't have her but he doesn't want anyone else too either.Knowing what the outcome of this couple's story is made this a lot easier to read but I did get annoyed with Ryan and all of his to-ing and fro-ing. Dark secrets are exposed and soon Emily finds herself at a crossroad in their relationship.
I also liked the detail of specific energy patterns emerging when many people were thinking about a specific thing, worldwide, like when Princess Di died. The beginning of the book started off strong but towards the middle, the story-line was just dragging and there were scenes that didn't flow. This couple were one of the first couples I fell head over heels in love with, when I really started reading again, like a book a day reading this was one of the first books I came across and the incessant stalking of Kahlen Aymes began. This couple hold a very dear place in my heart and to see what they went through before they were together left me heartbroken.

I don't know how this beautiful, young intelligent girl survived all this with her spirit intact. He’s the leader and the father figure to the other guys.Billy and Tucker, two of the members, are best friends and secretly in love with each other. This little girl takes charge of a pirate ship of adults who act like children, and she's on a mission. The MC's decision not to reveal anything to her parents, even though her life had been threatened by a stranger, and her parents were talking about sending her to a special school for geniuses because she was taking credit for something she didn't do, took a big chunk out of my willing suspension of disbelief. These two were best friends, I mean they were inseperable, they knew what each other was thinking and could finish each others sentences, they knew everything there was to know about each other. As did the fact that thousands of young people needed to use an ancient horoscope to change the world for the better.
However, taken that step out of friendship and into something more serious was a step neither of them really wanted to take through fear of destroying what they already had should it now work out.I loved this prequel.
I know Rachel was suppose to be this tough no nonsense girl, but I just found her rude and crass. I felt it was more poignant reading it after the trilogy as my connection to the characters was that much more deeper. Originally, I was going to give the book a 3 star rating but in the last 15% of the book, I was surprised to find out Dexter's secret. On the ranch he meets Grant, and Roger is surprised to discover himself attracted to a man for the first time since his lover died.
However, if you are new to the series, it wouldn't harm reading this before the trilogy but for emotional reasons I would recommend sticking to the order they were released.(full review to come)Katherine Dec 17, 2014I’m a HUGE fan of The Remembrance Trilogy, ever since I first met Ryan and Julia back in 2012 I was totally invested and in love with their story. Maybe others will enjoy it where I did not!Orchid Aug 19, 2010I’d like to start my review off by saying that Prophecy of Days was an amazingly written book.

And to those who have read the first book - yes, you will probably figure out who it is in this sequel. The side characters are also completely adorable. Grant is hung up on his ex, but Roger, the new team member, catches his attention and one small touch isn't enough…The blurb was kind of misleading. I am just blown away by how much research must have gone into the writing of this book and by how well the book flowed.I really enjoyed the slight mystery aspect in the book and how I was never quite sure who was trying help Caity and who was trying to impede her progress.
I was captivated with all these stories that had come out that particular year, love stories that had me in awe.
I thought the story would be about Tucker and Billy, but the storyline revolved more around Grant and Roger.
Prophecy of Days really kept me on my toes as I tried to peg down who the goodies (good-guys) were versus who the actual baddies (bI’d like to start my review off by saying that Prophecy of Days was an amazingly written book.
When thinking back to that year the book that in particular stands out for me is Kahlen Aymes The Future of Our Past & sequel Don’t Forget to Remember Me. There's the crew, who are so hilariously immature, and Meriwether, Jocelyn's faerie friend who is too cute for words. I was flI’m a HUGE fan of The Remembrance Trilogy, ever since I first met Ryan and Julia back in 2012 I was totally invested and in love with their story.
But Jocelyn also meets Evie, who she has a bit of a surprise connection and tentative friendship with, and she encounters Tiger Lily on more than one occasion, who, in my opinion, wins all of the awards for taking absolutely shit from Peter Pan.
There were times where I didn't know who was who and I had to read it all over again.Overall, this was a good beginning of a new series and a very interesting way in introducing the cast of characters, their emotions and their interactions. Prophecy of Days really kept me on my toes as I tried to peg down who the goodies (good-guys) were versus who the actual baddies (bad-guys) were. One of my favorite things about books like Prophecy of Days, is how the main character who is supposed to save the world doesn’t necessarily want to or believe that they can, yet they try to do what’s expected of them anyways. I’m going to approach this review a little differently because this story truly needs to be told from both sides…that’s what makes it so good.
There are some other new allies and villains, and overall, what I love is that all of these characters are so distinct, quirky, and entertaining. The plot of this book is mostly focused on this treasure hunt that Hook left behind. I know when it’s put like that it might make a book sound corny, but this book is anything but.
My absolute favorite part came right at the end, where there was a riddle that was totally reminiscent of - the potions test to get to the stone. While I loved Caity as the main character (she was hilarious especially in her almost stalker like adoration of Alex), Justine, Caity’s best friend, totally stole the lime-light in my eyes. How she suffered because of his mix signals, and his constant hookups with other girls, and lets not forget her undying love for him. But it seems to suggest a serene cowboy tale instead of the fast action and multiple-POV romance. I loved her evil genius schemes and the fact that they worked out.My favorite part of Prophecy of Days also happens to be my favorite line, which I used for Teaser Tuesday the other day.
I actually got out a pen and paper to solve it myself, so YEAH, I was very much entertained and engrossed by this story. As to the ship, we are in the ocean of feels, yes sir.
Click here to find out what I considered to be the funniest part of the book.I can honestly say that I don’t have a single part of the book that I would rate as my least favorite, so no least favorite part of the book this week. I wanted to shake him to no end, maybe add a few slaps to wake him up.Needless to say I love Kahlen’s writing and I’m so happy she gave us some more Ryan and Julia. I mean, it's a middle grade ship - you can't really expect major kissing or whatever - but the feels are .
If you’re a fan of The remembrance Trilogy, you’ll enjoy this prequel, and if you have yet to read this great series do so!
You’ll enjoy it.Katherine Dec 17, 2014I’m a HUGE fan of The Remembrance Trilogy, ever since I first met Ryan and Julia back in 2012 I was totally invested and in love with their story. He classifies women with candy…I’ll let you decide how they would break down (or you could just pick up the book—so worth it): Marshmallows, M&M’s, and Tootsie Pops.
Those two are absolutely adorable and perfect and they will have long and happy lives together. And you can guess which type of “candy” he tries to steer clear of too…until Emily walks into his bar. Emma Nov 08, 2010OMG this book was phenomenal prepare for gushing [ ; ) ] What could be more totally awesome than a monkey that does origami. Shy, beautiful, and obviously very uncomfortable, but something about her just calls to him.
SO MUCH.)I think the only thing that really saddens me here is that this is the end of the series for now.
I mean, the series might go on, and Schulz has said she has ideas about where it could go, but for now this is the last book contracted for the series. When I finished book 1, I couldn't stop for a review and had to read the next one immediately.
For me the books have the same major pros and cons and so I thought reviewing both at once would be a good idea for this series ;) So, how did all these aspects fit together, you may wonder?Well, the story begins at the Wild Bluff, a farm in Colorado that works as cover for the ex-military team that has been assembled by the CIA, but works independently from the agency for deniability. A new recruit is taken in blindfold to the farm and as he is introduced to everything like the farm, the other characters and the concept behind this special ops group, the readers are as well. There are 9 members of the group on the farm and we get to know them all very well through the multiple-POV storytelling, which also gives very different gay relationships that readers can follow.I didn't really think it was totally credible that pretty much all of them were gay - but I really couldn't seem to care all that much about it either. Emily just might be the girl that finally breaks the candy mold…Finding a middle ground with these two isn’t easy.
Both carry a painful past that neither wants to share; but as they begin to trust in one another, those layers break away, leaving a gooey center with more feeling than just words alone. Having not one relationship but getting to follow all of them at different stages, but with nice pay-off in every case, was so rewarding. Emily can’t fathom how she can feel so much with Dex when she’s never felt anything (anywhere) with anyone before. The novels don't seem to take themselves too serious , so I guess I was not bothered by it either.
Her parents are both genius's in their respective fields, being somewhat unconventional: her Mum is a safe-cracker, while her Dad is a computer whizz but full of conspiracy theories (YAY). With the help of her best friend, Rachel, Em is on her way to a new start, complete with a list of tasks to tinker off. I love her sarcastic narrator, her wonderfully quirky characters, and all of their entertaining adventures.
It's more about interesting characters that find love and lust in different ways as they use their special skills to rid the world of evil people. The characters are all very good guys, but I do think it needs to be said that their job could easily be misused by anyone else.
They have the ability to take or refuse any job and decide together about the life of other people. In that respect you can understand why she would want to keep the unravelling of the mystery to herself rather than directly asking for their help, fearing they would take over like previous school projects.Wonderfully descriptive writing with captivating imagery.
You’ll enjoy it.Christine Jan 01, 2015The Remembrance Trilogy is an unforgettable and powerful love story between best friends turned lovers.
Visually dynamic with the use of prose, email and text formats, giving a totally rounded depiction of both modern technology alongside ancient beliefs.
There is too much darkness in humans that prevents them from being able to make decision about who should live and who should die. Caity's narrative tends to jump about a bit but is totally relatable and keeping in character with a 16 year old girl.A terrific clue trail is scattered throughout the narrative, I found my mind jumping to conclusions and then assumptions all the way through. At the time, I didn’t really give Middle Grade a chance but I saw some friends sharing quotes from the book on Goodreads and it sounded so much like a ME book that I found a copy and started reading it almost immediately.
It is interesting to me how people can do that - kill people- even if they think it is right and still live a normal life.
These books show how everyone of the 9 guys strives to do good and use their skills in a meaningful way.
Before Ryan Was Mine takes us back to Ryan and Julia’s college years and the struggles they faced while hiding their feelings towards each other while staying the best of friends. The Remembrance Trilogy is an unforgettable and powerful love story between best friends turned lovers. And I am happy to report that it was everAs seen on Reading Hook’s Revenge might have been the best decision I ever made. The guys are good, the system they have works and they seem to be vigilante good guys, balanced by the work they do on the ranch. Not only does Christy Raedeke weave the ancient history into the plot but sprinkles in a good bit of spirituality.
Patience is key with their friendship…until that too wears thin, causing a shift that changes both Dex and Em in ways they weren’t quite prepared for.Guilt, fear, grief and flat-out selfishness finally come forward as Dex struggles to keep Emily close enough to fall, but not too close that he can’t get away…what he never counted on was that she had fallen a long time ago, along with him and there was no turning back now.
Getting to know them all through the POVs, we now we can trust them to make good decisions and can put the moral questions on the backburner.
Be still by beating heart; all the things I totally love because that is what goes on in my head. All he has to do is trust her enough to stick around but after what he’s done, he’s not sure love will be enough…WOW!
They are ex-military and instead of blindly following kill-orders they might not understand, everyone of them has a part in choosing which missions to take There are no secrets between them ;)They do seem to live in their own idealistic bubble where everyone is accepted for who they are and the skills they bring to the table and where there is a clear good vs evil. Meshing it all together, finding the common threads and examining the principles behind it. So it is actually fun to follow their stories, edge-of-the seat exciting when they are on their missions, sizzling when they find love and passion together and thoroughly engaging throughout. At times I was frustrated with Ryan and his constant insecurities when it came to his feeling for Julia. It was easy to read and not just about hot sex and killing, but about love and doing the right thing. There is an incredible bond of friendship and trust that comes out when the guys have to face against betrayal and other obstacles and some of the storylines flow over into book 2, which is why I had to go on reading, immediately. Because of his track record, he knew that when he met Julia she was someone special that he didn't want to lose. Haken did a beautiful job with this story, but I have to admit, I’m a little pissed that I am left hanging! It’s told in 2nd person by an absolute grump of a man who is both hilarious and unpredictable. If like me you will be able to accept the things I have mentioned, you will find a great, engaging action thriller with a lot of heart and romance and many characters you won't want to let go of. The characters and the inheritance plot were just ridiculous enough to be hilarious and somewhat believable.
Seriously, I knew something like this would happen…all the best stories have that one extra little gut-punch before the screen goes black! Caity seems intelligent enough, despite her constant worry about her frizzy curls (with which I totally sympathize). As the book moved along, I became a bit more concerned and a bit less entertained.
But because he was so afraid of pushing the limits, his mixed signals and random hookups had her suffering.
The struggles both Emily and Dexter go through are absolutely believable and I found myself cheering them on in one instant and seriously swearing under my breath the next. Just start reading and you’ll immediately see what I mean and I promise you that you won’t want to put the book down again.
5 stars for hotness, 5 stars for fast-paced action, 5 stars for love and romance, 5 stars for friendship, 5 stars for the cute, lil' baby horse, 5 stars for crossing hot cowboys with hot ex-military spies. So I guess it's okay if I turn a blind eye on some suspension of disbelief that is necessary and cal it a 4.5?
You could clearly see how in love they were with each other and that just made me want to shake both of them at times. I love Jared and Rachel (cannot wait to see what’s been going on with them) and what happens in the next installment, …because I am holding…impatiently…until January.
You guys should definitively give them a try, especially now that they are just .99 cents per book. Liza Mar 31, 2014I can't freaking explain all the happy feelings I got from reading Take My Hand. Jocelyn wants nothing more than to be a pirate and go on adventures just like her dear old dad (although in a slightly less fear-inducing way). In Hook’s Revenge, she traveled to Neverland to defeat the crocodile who claimed her father’s life.
Their friendship was effortless yet being put in the “friend-zone” broke her heart a little more each day.
Now, with that nasty business taken care of, she’s on the hunt for her father’s famed treasure trove.

Showing me the love and intimacy I could have with a man made me realize that all the challenges and obstacles coming out would bring into my life would still be worth it.
But her journey is fraught with obstacles - the infuriating Peter Pan and his lost boys who are anything but helpful, a couple face offs with the terrifying Captain Krueger, and the unexpected (but not unwelcome) arrival of her Mother from a different When - and more. I might be bi, even if I prefer men, but by closing this part of me off, I was missing part of myself. Of course, we knew they were happening but with it being purposely left out, it made it so much more bearable to get through. Not to mention, Jocelyn is still trying to figure out how to be a good Captain at the ripe age of 12.
Hearing about all the gay teen suicides makes my heart break every time and I believe it is incredibly important to show that true love, romance, intimacy and the possibility of a happily ever after exists for gay men.
Ryan couldn't be tainted…he’s perfect!I absolutely loved this prequel and am so happy that Kahlen wrote it for us.
So I’m very grateful for what you are doing for the community by contributing stories and hope for gay readers as well as helping to spread acceptance and understanding among straight readers. Whenever one of my friends tells me they haven't read it, I am always urging them to give it a try!! I am always down for stories told in dual POVs.Some reader might find this a typical romance read but Take My HaI can't freaking explain all the happy feelings I got from reading Take My Hand.
But we’ve now talked about Dinosaurs and Bunnies – clearly all that’s missing are spies and cowboys. Also, he's just awesome. On the other hand, the whole prophecy plot and what Caity has to do to fulfill it struck me as absurd.
This is simply just a very beautiful lThis series is so special to me and will always have a piece of my heart.
For one thing, Caity is told that she has to do everything, but is actually pretty much led along like a puppet by mysterious adults, who warn her not to trust other mysterious adults. I love the unique perspective on Neverland and all of the characters we’ve grown familiar with through other stories.
How did you get the idea for the premise of CIA agents working a farm as cowboys, when not on a mission?
And can you tell us a bit more about this series, for those who haven’t read it yet?I love cowboys.
It was cool that you really couldn't tell who she should trust (although sometimes it was pretty obvious when someone was evil or good, but not always). The Prophecy of Days is about the Mayan calendar and the fact that it ends in 2012. According to Raedeke, this may not betoken the end of the world, but merely a complete change in consciousness. To keep evil forces from preventing human's evolving to a new level, she has to get teens to start using the Mayan calendar.
The Remembrance series started with Julia and Ryan graduating from college and at that time finally admitting their true feelings but starting the next phase of their lives on opposite sides of the country.
She makes a website, sends out an email that sounds like junk mail and it catches on like wildfire. Julia was starting her job at a fashion magazine in Los Angeles, and Ryan was going off to Harvard Medical School. I am always down for stories told in dual POVs.Some reader might find this a typical romance read but Take My Hand will offer you that little gut punch with all the dramas Dexter and Emily have on their shoulders. I think if the cover was less cartoony, it might sell better - especially if the target audience is middle grade girls.
At the ending of my Texas Soul series I wanted to write another cowboy story, but I didn’t want to write a copy of the Texas series. One morning while walking the dogs, I started talking to my husband about my idea of the Colorado books. From then on we go on a journey through their lives that starts off with the beginnings of their beautiful relationship, and takes us through some really romantic times and then some really tragic moments as well.
It would make a good book to read together as a family at night.I didn't read the first book in the series, but this does a decent job as a stand alone. This was laughable.I have not yet decided whether I want to read the second book in the series when it comes out. When I met Kahlen over a year ago, I had gone on and on about how much I truly loved this story and had asked her would she ever consider writing about Ryan and Julia's years together as during their four years at Stanford University.
I love how the story revolve around Dexter and Emily with the help of Rachel and Jared too. Well she answered my prayers and what is even more awesome is she dedicated this prequel to her readers!!This book completely twisted my heart with all the angst, but I absolutely loved it!!
I also liked that Dexter and Emily started out as friends rather than jumping into a relationship immediately.
It’s a far out premise, but it is fiction and I wanted to do a what if these guys who are patriotic lived together instead of hiding, never trusting anyone. On Wild Bluff Ranch there is no shortage of talent. Jak jiz napovida anotace, odsuneme se trochu od fantasy a dostaneme se k pribehu odehravajici se v tomto svete a case, kde musi Caity prijit na kloub velikemu tajemstvi, na kterem zavisi osud lidstva. If they were to take things further, it would end up not working out and he'd lose Julia forever. The entire time I'm reading this, I just wanted to smack Ryan, but I couldn't help but fall so hard for him as well. The Texas Soul series might be over in terms of it being a series, but there is going to be more than one crossover character. An interesting fact about the book, my horse, Abilene, actually was bit by a snake like Beauty was bit.
He would go out on all these random dates and hook up with all these women to somehow ease the ache he felt being around Julia, but not being able to act on his feelings for her. AND every time he went out on those dates, it would break Julia's heart and bring her to tears but it also inspired her to draw amazing pictures of him because somehow it made her feel close to him.
You'll learn a bit about how Neverland time works and spend a little time with Peter Pan (though not much).
Some may think she was weak or a door mat, but I've read the entire series and I have never viewed her as that type of woman. Some of the things I experienced on the ranch are peppered through the book, giving a realistic look at what ranch life is like. For those of you who’ve read Colorado Wild, see if you can answer these questions. Toto klise se muze vyskytovat casto, ale do tohoto pribehu se to opravdu velice hodilo a sama hlavni hrdinka zminila, ze by v toto klise nikdy neuverila.
Just as Ryan was desperately in love with Julia and his way of dealing with his feelings was to have meaningless one night stands.Getting to spend some time again with Ryan and Julia was a real treat for me and I definitely think a re-read of this series is in my near future!!
Who do you think would be the next best Duff?I’m interested to see how our readers respond to these questions ;) Do you often integrate parts of your own experience into your books in some ways and what do you do when you have to write about something that you don’t have personal experience with like missions or gay love scenes? In some ways, yes, I do integrate personal experiences in my writing, but when I write mysteries or thrillers, I go back to the research.
After a very cool conference this summer, I’ve now taken more than 200 hours of police, FBI, and law enforcement courses.
I’ve been lucky enough to do training raids with the SWAT team, and been allowed to do traffic stop training with the police. Tato kniha se lisi tim, ze proroctvi nevesti zadny konec sveta, ale pouze „nakopnuti“ nasi mysli, aby se vyvijela dale. The angst at times will hurt like hell but in the end this one is just amazing!!JMV Jun 15, 2015Received from the author for a honest review.
I’ve done firearm training and I’ve been allowed to see inside the inter workings of the police department.
If you have read the Remembrance Trilogy and ever wondered how they meet and how it all got started, this is for you. I’ve also done over 40 hours of fireman training, climbing the big ladders, carrying hoses, using the jaws of life, and running into a burning building to put out a fire.As for MM sex, I’ve never done that.
A man making love to a woman or another man, or a woman making love to a woman or a man isn’t so dissimilar that the basic mechanics are foreign. Our emotions, hopes, and desires are all basic components of our search for significance and acceptance. The body parts may be different, and trust me, there are plenty of men willing to talk about their dicks, so getting the information isn’t all that difficult. Since I’ve always written men better, it’s not that difficult to put myself in the place of a gay man, relaying his experiences through my characters.Catherine Jan 29, 2015Not a book, but it's just not to my personal tastes.
I'm completely bewildered that a book that is ostensibly about an elite team of covert ops assassins would read so much like a knitting circle of chicks with dicks. Tou prvni je sestnactileta Caity, ktere je vrzena do vseho toho zmatku a tim druhym je jeji opicka: Pan Papirek. Sometimes though, an editor and a couple of BETA readers help.Too many characters all introduced at once.
Byla to prave Pan Papirek, kdo ji ukazal tajemnou komnatu ve svem pokoji a prave on ji poradil, co delat s podivnymi spiralami, ktere ukryvaly proroctvi. Initially I'd back-track and re-read, but that just took forever as by that stage I was so bored, I jusI hate giving low ratings.
They are suppose to be bad ass alphas but they are bitchy and moaning and gossip worse than woman do 2.
Hlavni motiv knihy je vlastne tajemstvi a sjednoceni lidi k tomu, aby se nenechalo armadou ovladat.
How the hell can you read and fall in love with a character when they are suppose to be the cream of the crop and tell each other they are beautiful ---- WTF!!!
Ze zacatku se Vam to muze zdat hloupe, ci prastene, ale casem prijdete na to, ze se Vam toto tema libit bude a vy budete hltat jednu stranku za druhou. Some of those training are withstanding torture and pain ---- You get the point I am trying to make here pain are no stranger to them.
