Red Lights • Her arms are crossed, she looks away often, she rolls her eyes, frowns often, stares blankly at you, is fidgety, looks at her watch often, etc.
A lot of guys learn to just plow over a woman with a lot of talking, and when they do that they tend not to notice or care about any of these responses, if they even really notice them in the first place. The first and most simple thing is to always main­tain eye contact with women, and never be the first one to look away.
Another thing that defines great mas­cu­line body lan­guage is the speed at which you move in general. If you can move with slow, delib­er­ate, almost cal­cu­lated move­ments, sort of like how James Bond moves, this is attrac­tive to women.
These are some of the very basics, but you can really delve down deep like Devans, and read books on body lan­guage to improve. As men­tioned earlier, certain Hollywood stars have great body lan­guage; Brad Pitt and George Clooney are two other names that come to mind. So the take away here is that your body lan­guage may be more impor­tant than you realize, and it’s not just “speak­ing” it that is impor­tant, but also how you “listen” to it when women use it to speak to you.

This doesn’t work because she knows the guy is more inter­ested in telling her about the fact he goes to Harvard than that he had a tough week. Notice that he just asks her a ques­tion that is nat­u­rally rec­i­p­ro­cated, so it never looks like he was trying to brag. So the key for you is to realize what your H-Bombs are and think of how to get women to ask you ques­tions that make you tell them. If you are a good sto­ry­teller, you can prob­a­bly also weave your own H-Bombs into your stories, but you have to know what you are doing so that it won’t be seen as brag­ging. I hope a lot of them are obvious to you, but the key is to keep cal­i­brat­ing your approach to talking to her based on what her body lan­guage tells you!
I think Tom Cruise is a good guy to mimic for smiling, the guy makes his eyes twinkle and seems like he is trying to pull the sides of his mouth up to his ears. You want to stand as straight as pos­si­ble as if to max­i­mize your height, but also still look fairly relaxed.
If your muscles are used to working hard to move around, then when you are just stand­ing they won’t get tired and your posture can stay great without think­ing. It sends out a message of self-confidence, and even a bit of mystery, as if to say “my life is so good I don’t need to hurry for anything”.
Of course, reading doesn’t give you the whole picture, so it’s also good to mimic the body lan­guage of guys who are suc­cess­ful with women.
However, when it comes to sending your first message to someone it can be hard to think of what to say. By commenting on something that they have written in a jokey way, you are showing that you have a sense of humour and it is also nice to compliment someone’s personality in this way. If I could write some easy to follow advice that would make you rich and suc­cess­ful in a few weeks, I would do that, but I per­son­ally don’t know how to do that consistently.
And luckily there are con­sis­tent ways to get better with women very quickly, like study­ing our reports.
But put simply, “drop­ping the H-Bomb” is when you mention some­thing in a con­ver­sa­tion with a woman that lets her know you are going to Harvard.

And what you need to learn how to do is to make that known to a woman you are inter­ested in, but in a way that is not detectable as bragging. Also, when he answers her first ques­tion, he doesn’t imme­di­ately vol­un­teer that he goes to Harvard. If you are just start­ing out, stick with asking her ques­tions that she is likely to ask back to you. In spite of the media stereotypes, you most likely are not a crazy woman in a shawl living with 40 cats, nor are you a “broad” in cheetah leggings, feathered mules, and makeup to hide the face it was meant to enhance.
You are the multitasking, book club attending, spin class loving demographic that is so much more than merely gender and number. Surveys indicate that men look for confidence, authenticity, intelligence, and a sense of humor, more so than physical beauty at any age. Tell your friends or family where you will be — and give them a number where you can be reached and keep your cell phone on.
You probably want to avoid excessive details about your ex but mentioning your children in the context of a story is okay. Typically, women over 40 are comfortable with their bodies so don’t be afraid to accent your best assets. You should expect to meet and date men who are not your ideal partner before you and the love of your life find each other. When you don’t have to think about your good posture, you can even be noticed from far off, thereby making a good first impres­sion without even knowing you did!
Below, I have outlined some good and bad examples of messages and have given some tips on how to send an effective message on an online dating site. The message also emphasises a common interest in horse riding and ends with a friendly question, which would encourage the person to reply. He’s also suggested that she should come along and watch him play rugby and ended it with a cheeky wink. This leads of course to her asking where, and when finally does say “Harvard”, he doesn’t dwell on it, and moves into more inti­mate con­ver­sa­tion. Ask her what her hobbies are, she will ask you back at some point what your hobbies are, and you can bring up that you like to play guitar, or that you love cooking.
Then, think of ques­tions to ask women in normal con­ver­sa­tion that will get them to ask you the same ques­tion in return, and then drop your H-Bomb and quickly move on to a new topic.
With your established home, career, and friends, you’ll just have to remind yourself that enlightened people now believe what you’ve always known–age is just a number.  We’ve all heard that 50 is the new 30, and that’s because as women age, we are able to find and understand our true authentic selves.
And what about the end of the date – are you comfortable with a warm hug or kiss or some kind of sexual involvement? Whatever happens, don’t be put off sending messages, a cheesy message is better than no message at all! Wait until you have exchanged at least a couple of messages before giving out your phone number. They were lis­ten­ing more intently than I bet they did for any of their busi­ness strat­egy ses­sions, it was a great time. The fact that he moves on quickly from that answer also proves that he isn’t trying to brag. Also, as you get better, learn how to incor­po­rate your H-Bombs indi­rectly into your own stories. Right on your very next date, but, if you don’t, be ready to move on and remain on good terms.
But still, the H-Bomb has been dropped which was his plan all along, and this way it explodes with full force!
So while a face lift and tummy tuck might seem to lead you down the path toward true happiness, it is developing yourself from the inside out that will introduce you to a the truly wonderful opportunities you deserve.
